An aging municipal infrastructure necessitated broad replacement and reconstruction of the City of Princeton’s storm and sanitary sewers and water utilities, and the relocation of the associated electrical systems.
Additionally, State Highway 23 was reconstructed from Canal Street to State Highway 73 and State Highway 73 was reconstructed from State Highway 23 to County Highway J/Harris Street.
The project began May 10, 2004 and was completed in two phases by October 2006.
Total project cost: $3,661,740.99
