Experience: Basil Orechwa has over 30 years of civil engineering experience and is a Licensed Wisconsin Professional Engineer. He is highly experienced in the preparation of storm water management plans, grading, erosion and sediment control plans. Additionally, he is an expert in the design of municipal streets, curb and gutter, reservoir storage, lift stations, water mains and sanitary sewer systems. He is also experienced in water quality controls and watershed management. He possesses a wealth of knowledge with regard to regulatory agency submittals and compliance and has extensive permitting experience on local, state and federal levels. Basil is also experienced in the preparation of Facility Plans, Special Assessment Reports and Engineer’s Reports.
His past projects include utility reconstruction, road reconstruction, wastewater facility construction, hydraulic design, and water system design and analysis, including water towers. Basil has designed successful projects for the Villages of Theresa, Johnson Creek, Brandon, Reeseville, Richfield and Mukwonago, Cities of Beaver Dam, Fox Lake, Horicon, Green Lake, Berlin, Mayville, Hartford, Waterloo, and West Bend, and Towns of Berlin, Lisbon, Merton, Hustisford, and Beaver Dam.
